What to do If I didn’t receive my account setup email?
It can take up to 24 hours for the email to make it into your inbox. Also, the account setup email often ends up in peoples spam folder. Be sure to check your spam folder for your account setup email. If you’ve waited 24 hours and the email is not in your spam folder contact us at: jaysenbatchelor.courses@gmail.com
Do I have lifetime access to the course?
Yes, there is no time limit on the course and you can access any part of the course as many times as you want.
Is there a monthly recurring subscription payment for the courses?
No, there is no recurring subscription for our courses. Every course is a onetime payment the grants you lifetime access to that course.
Is there a Q&A Section?
There is no Q&A section as of now. We are working on a developing a paid for Q&A section that will allow students to take their learning to the next level.
How do I get a refund?
If you wish to be refunded it must be with in 30 days of purchasing the course. All you have to do is email our support at jaysenbatchelor.courses@gmail.com and ask to be refunded.
